Grants for Problem Solving in Communities
The Christopher Columbus Fellowship Foundation invites teams of up to four middle school youth and a coach to identify a community issue and use the scientific process to solve it. Teams of finalists earn a trip to Walt Disney World and the opportunity to compete for a $25,000 U.S. savings bond to be used to implement the idea in their community. Deadline: February 12, 2007.
