New Scholarship Program for Nonprofit Leaders

The American Management Association and the Leader to Leader Institute have established the AMA Scholarship Program to assist social sector nonprofit organizations in developing "the strong leaders today who will lead the organizations of the future."  Deadline:  November 15, 2007.  Click here for more information.

 

New Young Scholars Program in Adolescent Development for Underrepresented / Minority Scholars

The Society for Research on Adolescence is sponsoring a new Young Scholars Program that is "intended to encourage and support junior and senior undergraduate students from underrepresented ethnic minority groups from the United States and/or North America to pursue graduate work and careers in adolescent development. Support for the program has been provided by the William T. Grant Foundation and the Society for Research on adolescence.” Applications for the Young Scholars Program are due November 16.
